Boys Over Flowers
The action takes place in the prestigious Shin Hwa high school in Seoul. Four boys, who comprise the group know as the Flower Four, are the crème de la crème, sons of the wealthiest and most powerful families from Korea. Spoiled, rebellious, flirtatious and mean, these boys are the poster children for the new image of sexiness in Asia, a group of boys who are in fact beautiful - more beautiful than flowers. The leader, Joon Pyo, is the heir to one of the largest Korean conglomerates. Ji Hoo is the grandson of a former Korean president. Yi Jung and Woo Bin complete the group.
Enter cute Jan Di, who works at a porridge restaurant and is daughter to a humble family which owns a dry cleaner. She is accepted into Shin Hwa on a swimming scholarship and has to deal with a world she has only seen from afar. From the start, she faces the scrutiny of the entire school, who consider her an outcast. The boys from F4, who are demigods in this school, take an instant dislike to her. But through her charm and undying optimism, she tries to slowly win the hearts of everyone around her. And of course, a few of the boys will fall for her. Boys from the F4.

this was my first Korean Drama, and man it took me on a ride. it was amazing, although i was dissapointed at how the ending was kinda rushed since they had to cut out episodes

I've been watching korean drmas all my lyf and dis is the BEST azn drama ever (or so far)!!!i rly wish dat there's gona b seasn 2!!!i learnt how 2make pancakes coz of this show...lol...and dis drama made me realise how twilight badly sux...lyk rlly BAAD...this korean version of hana yori dango is heapsssss better than the freakin taiwanese and japanese one!!!this is such a great show!!!

Ahhhhh I love this drama soo much!!! This was the first Korean drama I ever watched!!! Ahhh...it was so funny...and sad at times, too...
It had a love triangle that in the end made me feel as sad as the one in the Twilight series...just like how I wished Bella Swan chose Jacob Black instead of Edward Cullen in Twilight, in BOF I wished Jan Di chose Ji Hoo instead of Jun Pyo! :S
Oh well...I still love this drama soo much!! It's what got me into Korean dramas...I just wish that Korean dramas could be shown on TV in the UK too! XD

LOVED THIS SHOW! Every episode was worth watching. (not just because of the male eye candy either) :)
Every episode was very well written,and the soundtrack is one of the best I have heard in a long time.
KHJ is my favorite!

extremely cliched and questionable acting but i can not tell you how much fun i had watching this!!! loved it but not for those who are looking for intelligent and original dramas.

Watched ALL the versions and this one is the BEST! I think this is the first drama that made be addicted to asian-drama. Watch out, one episode and you'll be hooked. Especially when you see Jihoo - he's an eye candy. =)
Funny, stylish, and just a great drama series. Rich people with houses as big as shopping malls! You gotta see it. I'd love to be in Jan Di's place. Lucky. Everyone raves about it after watching it, I haven't met a person who didn't like this drama after watching an episode.

If no one has seen this yet then they don't know what they're missing! I've seen other foreign versions of this. All of them! But I have to say that this is the best version!!! Better looking actors, better looking actresses, more cuter, more funnier, and more romantic!

The best out of Taiwanese & Japanese. It'd be hard to top this remake. Best of luck to the Chinese version. I liked how it strayed from the original plot. Instead of watching a recycled plot, we anticipate the difference the Korean version promises. Buuut, I feel that they compacted everything too much in the last 2-3 episodes. Besides that, everything was very well made.
And a plus we girls like: there's Lee Min Ho, Kim Bum, Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Joon. That's why I gave it a 5-star! HAHA.

This drama has its great episodes and some others that are not so great.. But I think it's still a charming drama with some great actors. I also like how it's moving away from the original japanese manga, so it's not so predictable. I just wish that the actors and actresses of BBF would get some rest..
